Aries Ackerman has two 12" Amscan balloons, one connected to a pair of high-volume bellows-style foot pumps, and the other connected to a tuba mouthpiece. Her method is to deliver one lungful of air with each full press of one of the foot pumps, and she continues to do so until the first balloon pops, then continues to finish off the second.
